UCC Hawaii is one of the very few producers of Laurina on the Big Island. Now it has been specially roasted and packaged for Mother's Day.

Because this is a special variety of bean and has a special shape (the bean has a pointed tip and is shaped like a rugby ball), it is only sold as whole bean.

The taste is notable for its hint of roasted almonds and it has a mellow sweetness and acidity reminiscent of mulled wine.
