Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at UCC HAWAII.

**Perishable Goods (Coffee Products)**
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans, grounds, or food items for reasons of personal preference or accidental ordering. 

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at info@ucc-hawaii.com or call us at 808-322-3788 with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

**Refunds (if applicable)**
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
