Shipping policy

**Shipment Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
All shipments originate from our estate in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*   **US Domestic (US Mainland & Hawaii Inter-island):** 
    Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or major domestic carriers.
*   **International Shipments (including Japan):** 
    Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days via Yamato Transport USA or international air carriers.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
UCC HAWAII is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
